Newspaper Advertising in Delhi
Delhi reads in two languages. The English dailies carry most recruitment, tender and corporate notices; the Hindi dailies reach further into the city’s homes and outer districts. Most Delhi bookings we handle are one of each: an English title for record and reach, and a Hindi title for the readers the notice is really meant for.

Business dailies
Booking in Delhi: what to know.
-
01
Change of name
A name change notified in the Gazette of India usually needs the same notice in two dailies, one English and one in the local language — Hindi in Delhi. Check the current checklist before you book; we set the wording to match it.
-
02
City editions
The large Delhi titles print NCR editions alongside the main city edition. A notice about property in Noida or Gurugram can run in the edition that covers it, which is usually cheaper than the full Delhi run.

03
Tenders and recruitment
Government tenders and public-sector recruitment normally go to an English national daily and a Hindi daily together. The business papers suit corporate, financial and results notices.
Service charge
The publications pay us, not you. What you pay is the newspaper’s own card rate, with nothing added on top.

Types of newspaper ads in Delhi
Which one suits the job depends on what you are publishing and who has to see it. Ask the desk if you are unsure — it changes the price more than anything else does.
Three steps, mostly over WhatsApp.
Most bookings are settled the same working day. Papers with an early cut-off need a day’s notice.

The title you want, the category, and the text or artwork. If you are not sure which paper suits the audience, that is the part we are useful for.
-
02
Approve rate and proof
We quote the publication’s card rate and send a composed proof for sign-off. Design of the ad is included.
-
03
Pick the release date
We book against the edition’s deadline and confirm the insertion. You get the published clipping afterwards.

What does it cost to advertise in a newspaper?
The publication’s card rate, and nothing on top of it. Price depends on the title, the edition, the category and the size — a classified text notice in a regional daily and a half page in a national are two different orders of magnitude. Send the brief and you get a figure the same working day.
How do I choose which newspaper to book?
Match the readership to whoever has to see the ad. A legal notice usually has to run in a specific language or edition; a recruitment ad wants circulation. Tell us who the ad is for and we will name the title rather than sell you the biggest one.
Can I book more than one newspaper at once?
Yes, and it is common. Multi-paper bookings are handled as one order with one payment, and combination rates often work out cheaper than booking each title separately.
What is the deadline for submitting an ad?
It varies by title, usually one to three days before the release date, and earlier for display than for classified. Every newspaper we book has its own deadline page on this site.
How long should the ad run?
For a legal or public notice, whatever the statute or the court requires — often a single insertion. For anything commercial, three insertions is the usual minimum before response is worth reading.
What has to be in the ad?
For notices, the exact wording the law or the court asks for; we will tell you if what you have sent will not clear. For everything else: a headline, the substance, and one way to reach you.
Do you design the advertisement?
Yes, and it is included. You approve a composed proof before anything is booked.
How do I know it was published?
You get the clipping from the printed edition after release, along with the insertion details.
Do you charge a service fee?
No. The publications pay us a commission, which is why the rate you pay is the newspaper’s own.
